What we collect and why

Signing in provides a site-specific account identifier, name and account email. We use these to keep your records private, contact you about requests and control reviewer access. Plans contain your goals, city, destination, timeline and checklist. Requests contain the details you enter, the intended recipient, permission text and date, and handling status. Provider applications also contain business details, contact information and reference contacts.

Who can see it

You can view your own plan, application and requests. The authorized pilot owner can review applications, requests and handling records. An approved provider profile publishes only business information and the scope and dates of checks. Reference contacts, applicant contact details and private evidence notes are not public. Your introduction details go to the one provider you selected only after manual review and with the permission shown on the form.

Services and storage

The site uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting and sign-in, with a Cloudflare-backed database. These service providers process data to operate the site. Processing may involve locations outside your province or country. We do not claim Canada-only storage. No advertising tracker, automated provider notification or service-payment processor has been added to this pilot.

Choices and retention

Use your account to withdraw a request before an introduction. Use the form below to ask for access, correction or deletion. We aim to review inactive pilot requests and applications for deletion after 90 days, subject to legal and complaint-handling needs; this review is manual. Evidence and audit records may need to be kept longer for an active dispute. A privacy request does not itself erase a record. We will confirm the action taken after review.

Keep sensitive records out

Do not submit government ID numbers, banking information, health information or employee records. Company inquiries should describe the workflow without identifying relocating employees. Provide reference details only with their permission.
