An early local pilot. Real requests. Thoughtful introductions.

OUR REVIEW STANDARD

Trust needs more than a badge.

We publish the scope and dates of a review so you can make a more informed decision. No screening process can eliminate misconduct.

Before a listing

The team checks business identity, current insurance directly, two references and written terms. Regulated categories also require a check with the appropriate professional register.

While a listing is active

A review is due within 90 days and no later than any recorded insurance or registration recheck date. Expired approvals are automatically hidden and cannot receive a new introduction.

When concerns arise

A private reporting route is available. The owner can suspend a provider immediately while a concern is assessed. Payment and membership never override a review decision.

Your control over each introduction

You choose a named provider. Your consent text and date are recorded. Before the team makes the introduction, you can withdraw permission from your account. Once shared, withdrawal cannot recall information already received; ask for help through a privacy request.

Know the limits

Approval is not a guarantee of safety, price, availability or workmanship. No criminal-record screening, credit check or government endorsement is claimed. The team checks evidence; it does not replace the professional regulator. Agree the scope, total price, deposit, cancellation terms and insurance arrangements directly before hiring. The pilot does not collect service payments.

Report a concern

This inbox is reviewed manually. There is no guaranteed response time during this early pilot. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
